While Cqure Water is committed to installing the most hands-off systems possible, potable rainwater harvesting systems still require routine maintenance. Your UV treatment board (including the filters and ultraviolet light) should be serviced at least once annually. For clients who prefer a professional approach, annual or bi-annual system inspections can be contracted through our talented service team. Our services include a 10-point inspection including the flushing of your system, leak detection, and filter and UV light replacement. For clients who prefer to take matters into their own hands, we can help support you through training videos. Filters and replacement UV lights are also available for pick up or delivery. Even if we didn't install your system, we support many clients in in need of ongoing maintenance and service.
